SENNE. truly hope you have a pleasurable experience with your carefully handcrafted fragranced candles. To continue to get the most usage out of your candle we encourage you to follow some simple tips to maintain good candle care to optimise your candles performance. 

 

- Prior to lighting your candle, please refer and adhere to the safety instructions label located on the base of the candle jar.

- Ensure your candle is on a flat and even surface in a well ventilated room. 

- When burning your candle for the 1st time, burn for around 3-4 hours to achieve a good melt pool.

- Always trim your candle wick prior to each burn - this is to ensure the candle performs at its best and avoids smoke. 

- Consider your burn time. We strongly advise not to burn the candle for longer than around 3 hours at a time. 

- Please note the glass may become hot during use therefore please do not handle the glass whilst candle is burning. 

- Never leave the candle unattended.

** Please note that each and every one of our candles are hand poured here in the UK, West Midlands at our SENNE.  studio. As a result you may notice some minor imperfections such as, faint hair line crack or slight discolouration etc. Please note that this is completely normal and this will not affect the performance of the candle. Fragrance oil ingredients can be provided upon request. **
